Cammino Possibile, together with our friends from Brain Community Monti Prenestini APS, invites you to explore one of the most interesting and evocative areas of the Prenestini Mountains along this surprising trail that leads from Ciciliano to the Sanctuary of Mentorella, perhaps the most symbolic place in the entire Prenestini Mountains.

After a rather steep start, the trail climbs halfway up the mountainside. Its main feature is the numerous ditches and waterfalls along the way. Water will accompany us for most of the route and will be a recurring theme throughout our journey.

We cross an area of considerable natural interest that will fascinate us with its views and its wealth and variety of plant species.

Appointments
For those coming from Rome (for information, call Marco at 349 4058276):
Sunday at 8 a.m. at Metro B Ponte Mammolo (at the station exit, parking in the centre of Via Togliatti).
Or meet at 9 a.m. at Passo della Fortuna (Ciciliano).

Bring: packed lunch, water, hiking boots, layered winter/spring clothing. Walking sticks and binoculars are recommended.

Activities may be cancelled or changed at the sole discretion of the organisers.

It will be mandatory to be registered with Brain Community Monti Prenestini APS or Federtrek. Registrations can be made on the morning before departure.
