We will descend further downhill and enter a Natural Monument, established to preserve one of the most beautiful chestnut groves in the Prenestini Mountains. Centuries-old chestnut trees await us, surrounded by remarkable biodiversity. This trail will make us feel small in the face of the grandeur of these green patriarchs. The chestnut grove and the forest have stories to tell us, stories of life and beauty.
