Programme:

• Departure: 9:30 a.m. at the entrance to the Castagneto di Capranica Prenestina Natural Monument
• Duration: approximately 3 hours (excluding lunch)
• Snack/lunch: packed lunch
• Return: 12:30 p.m. from the starting point

What to bring:

• High-top hiking boots
• Hats and sunscreen (especially for children)
• Layered clothing recommended
• Snack, at least 1.5 litres of water.
• Bring a blanket to sit on the ground (for those who bring a packed lunch)
• Face mask and disinfectant gel

The experience will be offered to a group of up to 30 people.
Participation is free for all members. The route is suitable for families and children.

Non-members can purchase an annual Brain Community membership card at the starting point of the excursion. The cost is €10 for adults and free for children under 18.

The card includes insurance coverage.

In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed.

Activities may be cancelled or changed at the sole discretion of the organisers.
