As much for his own safety and security as for that of his fellow travellers and that of the ecosystem he is visiting. <br>It is of paramount importance:<\/p><ul><li>Plan the route of the hike. And this must be done taking into account the physical and technical capabilities of all participants. <\/li><li>Check the weather forecast. It is not enough to check them the day before. This must also be done and repeated during the \u201cwalk\u201d to avoid nasty surprises.  <\/li><li>Know and keep in mind signposts. Atta to help hikers avoid possible dangers; to indicate the direction to take; or even to inform about the difficulty of a path. <\/li><li>Never improvise off-piste! Not only for our own safety, but also to respect the fauna and flora that live in the places we are going to travel. <\/li><li>Avoid solo excursions. Better in a group.
